Responsibilities

• Originate and manage residential and/or commercial loans from initial application through post-closing

• Maintain communication with borrowers, real estate professionals, and lender partners

• Stay current on market trends, mortgage products, and compliance updates

• Deliver a consistent and positive client experience that reflects the Hyve Financial brand

Qualifications

• Active NMLS number and license in the state of Florida (required)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficient in digital platforms and comfortable using Customer Retention Management (CRM) systems, Product and Pricing Engines (PPE), and Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

• Previous loan origination experience preferred, but newly licensed originators are welcome to apply 

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor structure

• Competitive pay capped at a flat-fee

• Transparent compensation structure disclosed prior to onboarding
