Loan approval is not guaranteed and is subject to Lender review of information. All loan approvals are conditional and all conditions must be met by the borrower and/or third party. The loan is only approved when the Lender has issued approval in writing and is subject to the Lender conditions. Specified rates may not be available for all borrowers, in all states, or pertaining to all Lenders. Rate is subject to change with market conditions.

Collection of Information

You may choose to provide information about yourself in order to be contacted by Hyve Financial regarding loan products and/or services, to receive a response to your question or inquiry, or to gain access to your online account. Such information may include the following:

If you are a borrower or a potential borrower and you or someone in your behalf provides your loan documentation to Hyve Financial for the sole purpose of us providing our service, we may also receive any or all of the following categories of personal information in order to evaluate and validate your loan documentation, submit initial and conditional documentation to the Lender, get your loan approved through the Lender and clear to close, and subsequently close your loan and provide post closing servicing.

Because of the financial nature of our business, Hyve Financial’s websites are not designed for use by children under the age of 13 and those not of legal age to contract. Therefore, we does not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children. Additionally, we does not have services available for those younger than the legal age to contract and as such does not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from those under the age of 16. Processing Express does not sell the personal information of minors.

The personal information Hyve Financial receives about you is provided: by you directly to Hyve Financial; on your loan documents sent by your Loan Originator; online forms you complete; documentation provided in connection with the loan Service; information and/or documentation you provide to in order to submit to the Lender for loan approval; emails and letters you send to us; phone calls or phone text/sms with us; and your activity on our websites and third party websites used in connection with this Service. 

Mandatory and Optional Information

Hyve Financial, in connection with Loan Originators and Lenders, identifies for you what information is required to fulfill any particular request for our, the Loan Originators’, and/or the Lenders’ files to be considered for approval to submit loans to the Lender, and be considered for a residential mortgage/ commercial/ land loan. If you choose not to provide mandatory information, we will not be able to provide you the Service, possibly resulting in a loan denial, withdrawal, or cancellation.

Use of Information

Primarily, the information you provide to Processing Express will be used to: provide our Service, contact you to better understand your loan processing needs, review your loan documentation for submission and to submit such to the Lender for for approval; and close out your loan file.

By providing information to us through this Website, a telephone call, fax, an e-mail, letter, or by any other means permitted by Processing Express, you authorize Hyve Financial to engage in the following uses of your information:

• • to improve our Service of Mortgage Loan Origination

• • to periodically market our Service and send promotional emails and advertisements to you

• • to contact you

• • to perform Services you request of Hyve Financial including, but not limited to, reviewing loan documentation, gather loan documentation, respond to your inquiries/requests, submit your loan documentation to Third-Party Processing Company and Lenders for processing and approvals, audit your account for possible loan fraud and/or errors

• • to complete any other task requested of Hyve Financial or necessary to perform the underlying Service for which you have contacted Hyve Financial directly or indirectly via your Loan Originator working on behalf of Hyve Financial

Compliance With Laws

At times, we may be required to disclose your personal information to including, but not limited to, state and federal agencies, regulatory authorities, attorneys, and/or other parties as the result of a legal obligation, subpoena, or legal requirement.

Log Data and Cookies

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, other sites you may have connected to via Google signals and other similar connections, and other statistics. Such data from Google signals may be accessed and deleted by you via Google’s My Activity.

Your activity on third-party websites is governed by the security, policies and terms of use of each third-party website.
